My child was at Puddle Splashers for less than a month and we were not satisfied with many aspects of this facility. From lack of communication between the staff and director to staff and parent. The orientation was poorly conducted and there was very limited instruction from the staff to my child on their routines. Despite speaking to the Director several times to remedy our concerns, we decided to pull our child out and seek care elsewhere. I would not recommend this daycare to any of my friends.

The staff are very warm and caring towards the children and the director is very approachable and does her extreme best to acknowledge an daddress all parent concerns in a timeley manner. In reading these reviews i would suggest that these unhappy families revisit this centre as it is a great place to leave your children with caring and great staff!!!
